Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Spring Baseball

<div style="margin: 15px"> 1. In Spring, refunds are only available to be requested thru February 1st, after February 1st, refunds are only available for medical reasons through May 1st. After May 1st, there are no refunds for any reason..<br><br> 2. In Spring, A full refund will be offered if TAYBS is unable to field an individual team by the season start date (original or delayed date).<br><br> 3. In Spring, if TAYBS must cancel a team/season but has gotten through 1/3 of the games or less, a refund will be offered minus $70.<br><br> 4. In Spring, if TAYBS must cancel a team/season but has gotten through at least 1/3 of the season or more, there is no refund available.<br><br> 5. In Spring, if the season starts, the calendar raffle will be held regardless of a season getting later cancelled. There are no refunds for the $50 raffle tickets.<br><br> 6. In Spring, if for any reason, a season gets delayed beyond one month, a partial refund of the fees paid, minus $70 will be offered.<br><br> 7. In Spring, with a medical exception, refunds will exclude any costs already paid for by the least, including charter, insurance, uniforms, etc.<br><br> 8. There are no refunds for any of our offseason or adult programs for any reason.</div>

Fall Adult Softball

There are NO refunds once the registration has been submitted.
